Fantastic location, easy to access, was exactly like the photos. Was what we expected and more. I would recommend anyone familiar with Catalina Island to enjoy this spot as much as we did. Would book again when going back.

We stayed here for a long weekend and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect—close to everything and easy to walk wherever we needed to go. The house had a relaxing vibe, and it was so nice to have the option to grill instead of eating out for every meal. The rooms and beds were really comfortable, making it easy to unwind after a day exploring Catalina. The realtor gave us great directions over the phone, which made finding the house super easy, and the owner was very accommodating with our ferry schedule for both arrival and departure. We really appreciated that flexibility. All in all, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

We loved staying here! The property is very clean, beautiful decor and seems to be newly remodeled. Close to everything in Avalon, especially close to Vons for groceries. We were very comfortable here and will definitely be staying here again!

We had a great stay. The place is close to the waterfront and even closer to the market. All 8 of us fit nicely. The beds, pillows and sheets could be improved but overall it was a great stay.

We booked this lovely place for a bachelorette trip, and the ferry got cancelled the day of, as well as the next 2 days, so unfortunately, we weren’t able to make it there due to the weather. Debra was so lovely and responsive and very helpful during the entire process and I’m so grateful for how helpful and kind she was. We are definitely going to take a trip there and stay at Debra’s Airbnb in the future! 🤍 Thank you for being an awesome host!

This house is amazing - literally the best view in town. We could have easily just hung out in the living room with glasses of wine and had a fantastic weekend. The house is cool, funky, retro. Allison's description was spot on - and if you are looking for a modern style home, this is not for you. But if you are looking for something really cool... and did I mention the view...

This was the cleanest short term rental I have ever seen. I mean squeaky clean. The condo has a million dollar view and the golf cart is top notch! You definitely need a good cart when you’re on the island. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Santa Catalina Island.

Our family of 6 came to Catalina to celebrate my son's graduation, this house was the perfect size and roomy for our family. It is located super close to the Main Street so we could easily walk to the shops and restaurants, but also cooked at the house as well. Host William responded almost immediately and even offered recommendations as we hadn't been to the island in several years. Looking forward to our next trip! Highly recommend this location!!

What a special place! We could have stayed longer than we did. The apartment and it's balcony had breathtaking views. Bellanca Hotel were flexible with check in and responsive when we had an issue. The golf cart was great for getting to and from Hamilton Cove and Avalon. Pool was heated and very comfortable even on cold mornings, hot tub was hot, and great to exercise with a view of the ocean from the fitness center- all at the building just next to the apartment. we counted about 24 steps down from the road to the apartment front door. we saw seals, pelicans, deer, and dolphins from the balcony and orcas from the ferry!

First time staying in Catalina and Jeanie made it such a memorable stay ! She was extremely kind and generous, she even picked us up from the Catalina Express and dropped us off when it was time to go! Her personal recommendations were exactly what we were looking for and my boyfriend and I felt right at home. She’s so responsive and answered all of our questions, she’s just one text away ! Three one zero five one zero one seven zero seven Thank you Jeanie for hosting us and making us feel extremely welcome, we are already planning for our next trip back ! :)

Wow, what can I say! Such an amazing place and an amazing location! The unit was located in the perfect location with views to die for, plenty of room inside and out for luxurious living and memorable visit to Catalina. It was far enough from the dense city of Avalon so you felt a world away, but close enough on a golf cart to get there in a few minutes. We appreciated the elegance of the space as well as the creative decor. Well stocked with everything you need for a wonderful stay. Amber was always available for questions, communication was superb. The most important thing, that I nailed my anniversary...happy wife, happy life. Thank you Amber and the Catalina Dream Vacations team!

We had an amazing stay in the queen bed tent for 2. Our English bulldog loved it as well! The location is even prettier than the pictures and the beach is so serene. We went in mid October so there were not many other people staying which made it quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place to a couple wanting to get away or a family looking to make memories! Just be sure you book your boat ride to and from the camp ahead of time.
